GENERAL DATA OF THE GEARED-MOTORS WITH CYLINDRICAL TOOTHED WHEELS AND THE EXPLANATION HOW TO WORK WITH THEIR PROSPECT DATA
1). The “GEARED-MTORS, CYLINDRICAL” family includes three models of the reduction gears with the cylindrical toothed wheels with the analog kinematic diagram:
a) The model Geared-Motor Cylindrical (GMC) includes five sizes, which are classified according to the distance from the axis of the low speed shaft to the floor.
! The most important data for ordering this type of the geared-motor are as follows:
( 1) height to the axis of the low speed shaft: 160 – 200 – 250 – 315 or 400;
(2) gear ratio: 6,3 ? 100;
( 3) electrical motor type T 80 A-6; T 100 LA-4, etc.
! The approximate description of this type of the geared-motor with the axis height of the low speed shaft = 160 mm , the gear ratio i = 50 and the electrical motor T 80 B-4 is as follows: GMC 160-50 / T 80 B-4.
(b) the model “Geared-Motor Cylindrical Coaxial Modernized or Improved” GMCCM (GMCCI) 80 ? 200 includes five sizes classified according to the distance between the first and the second stage.
! The most important data for ordering this type of the geared-motor are as follows:
(1) the distance between the axes: 80 – 100 – 125 – 160 or 200;
(2) gear ratio: 8 – 9 – 10 – 11.2 – 12.5 – 14 – 16 – 18 – 20 – 22.4 – 25 – 28 or 31.5
(3) electrical motor type T 80 A-6; T 100 LA-4, etc.
! The approximate description of this type of the geared-motor with the distance between the axes = 80 mm, the gear ratio i = 31.5 and the electrical motor T 80 A-6 is as follows: GMCCI. 80 – 31.5 / T 80 A-6.
(c) the model Geared-Motor Cylindrical GMC (GMC 100, 132 and GMCI 160 – two-step) includes three sizes classified according to the distance from the axis of the low speed shaft to the floor and are manufactured in B3 and B5 variants.
! The most important data for ordering this type of the geared-motor are as follows:
(1) height to the axis of the low speed shaft: 100 – 132 or 160;
(2) gear ratio: 6.3 ? 45;
(3) electrical motor type: T 80 A-4; T 100 LA-4, etc.
(4) normal execution (on legs) or with a flange, B3 or B4 respectively.
! The approximate description of this type of the geared-motor two-step with the height of the axis of the slow running shaft = 160 mm, the gear ratio i = 20 and the electrical motor T 90 L-4 is as follows: GMCI 160-20 / T 90 L-4.
! For ordering the flange execution, the proximate description is as follows:
GMC 100-20 / MO 63 A-4 B5.
2). The firm reserves the right to change the construction of the geared-motor except changing the joining dimensions without notifying the clients.
3). The connection between the size of the geared-motor, electrical motor power, nominal frequency of the rotation of the low sped shaft, nominal gear ratio, torque moment of the low speed shaft and the weight of the geared-motor is given in Table 1.
(4) The overall and joining dimensions should correspond to the figures and tables given in:
! for GMC 160, GMC 200, GMC 250, GMC 315 and GMC 400: Fig. 1 and Table 2.1.
! for GMCCM and GMCCI: Fig. 2 and Table 2.2
! for GMC 100, GMC 132 and GMCI 160 – for normal execution B3: Fig. 3 and Table 2.3.
! for GMC 100, GMC 132 and GMCI 160 – for flange execution: Fig. 4 and Table 2.4
